For Souldiction 18 the lovely Marsmellows joined us this time.
MARSMELLOWS (Prog City Deep / Mancha Recordings / Germany)

In 2004 the DJs Cosmo & Laxus came together and founded the DJ & producer team “Marsmellows”.
Having played separately in former times both music and vinyl lovers were rocking local Hip Hop and Funk parties for real.
Among other things they made the warm- up for bohemians like The Pharcyde, DJ Vadim or Clueso.

After realizing that Hip Hop music won't come up with any new exiting developments for them the thought came up
to create a mutual collaboration called “Marsmellows” which keep on rocking still now. As both always possessed
an open- minded spirit concerning various musical influences the mission blew up to treat surrounding clubs with
their special definition of House music.

Since 2009 and their first release on Mancha Recordings, the duo working on remixes for labels like Prog City Deep & Etoka Rec.
Modern, crispy House that doesn't forget its natural Chicago & Detroit roots mixed with an essence of refreshing
funky tunes defines the sound Laxus & Cosmo are playing nowadays.

Marmellows having an agenda: turning every dark cellar club into a sunlight flooded dance floor.
